Spacious Rooms and Fantastic Food

The rooms were very spacious and decorated in a beautiful and modern style. The bathroom was big, and everything was clean. The food was also amazing and tasty - a real highlight of my trip. The location was great too, with easy access to transport links and lots of things to do nearby.

The activities on offer were also really lacklustre - nothing much for kids to do and a real missed opportunity to take advantage of the beautiful setting.

The accommodation was only 1 mile from China Maritime Museum. Buffet breakfast was the best...

Spacious and tastefully decorated rooms with a separate sleeping area and walk-in shower. The variety of breakfast choices was impressive. The hotel also offers a good venue for business conferences. The organization of rooms and activities was well taken care of.

Lovely garden grounds, great pools, delicious food at Western restaurant, nice room with a nice view, staff is very nice.

The Crowne Plaza Shanghai Harbour City is located in a beautiful, tranquil area on a tiny island in Dishui Lake. Guests can enjoy stunning views of the lake and the surrounding scenery. The hotel is conveniently situated near a golf course, making it a great choice for golf enthusiasts. The rooms are spacious and well-decorated, offering a comfortable and relaxing stay. The bathrooms are clean and equipped with modern amenities.

The hotel staff struggles with English, which can sometimes lead to communication issues.

The view from the hotel was stunning and the staff were attentive and happy, always filling my tea cup or clearing away. the breakfast and dinner options were excellent, with every meal I had being first-class. the grounds were tastefully decorated and maintained.

The hotel was a little remote, about an hour's drive from downtown, making it inconvenient to explore the city. the option of room service was limited, not available before 10 am.

We really enjoyed the spacious room and the huge balcony with a comfortable round resting place. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The outdoor swimming pool, with its picturesque view of the lake, provided a relaxing atmosphere. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient, being near a beautiful lake and offering easy access to transportation, including Pudong airport.

Luxurious and Friendly Ambiance This hotel has an inviting and tranquil atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. the luxurious amenities, including the sauna, swimming pool, and private facilities, were top. the sun terrace and garden area were breathtaking, and the exclusive room advantages, such as the jacuzzi and in, room breakfast, were beyond my expectations. the restaurant served impressive food with special diet menus, while the bar/lounge area and snack bar were perfect for a quick bite. the staff provided top, quality service and were very accommodating. Location, wise, the hotel was in a prime spot, and I had easy access to transport options.

Minor Issue with Payment the only downside was a minor issue with the payment process, but the staff quickly addressed it and resolved the problem effectively. This hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of luxury, ambiance, and service.

The restaurant menu was limited and the prices were high. Also, some of the staff had difficulty speaking English which made communication difficult.
